Dr. Alla Weisz holds medical privileges at both Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center and Jupiter Medical Center. For Weisz Concierge patients admitted to other hospital systems, Dr. Weisz will make every effort to stay connected by communicating with the patient, their family, and the assigned hospitalist overseeing their care. She remains committed to ensuring continuity and coordination of care, even when her patients are outside her primary network.

Collaborating with Hospital Physicians and Sub Specialists

For concierge patients of Weisz Concierge Medical who are admitted to either hospital, Dr. Weisz will collaborate closely with the assigned hospitalist to ensure all aspects of their healthcare needs are addressed. Whenever possible, Dr. Weisz will personally visit her patients in the hospital, providing additional support and continuity of care. She will also work in partnership with sub-specialists, including cardiologists, nephrologists, and surgeons, at both facilities to oversee and coordinate the medical treatment plan for her concierge patients.

While the hospitalists at Jupiter Medical Center and Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center will manage inpatient care, Dr. Weisz will remain actively involved to ensure her patients receive the highest level of attention and care during their hospital stay.
